Career Profile

Dr Kingham qualified from University College London and Westminster Hospital in 1970. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 1973 and has been a Fellow of the College since 1990.  His training in gastroenterology and liver disease was in Southampton an St Bartholomew’s London. His academic and research activity include publication of more than fifty peer reviewed papers and Honorary Senior Lectureship in the University of Swansea. He has been a Consultant Gastroenterologist in Swansea since 1984.

 

Specialist Interests

Dr Kingham has a broad based gastroenterological practice with a wealth of clinical experience and expertise in endoscopy. He has particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease and functional gut disorders. He is a Member of the British Society of Gastroenterology, British Association for the Study of Liver, American Gastroenterology Association and the European Association for the Study of the Liver.
