Statement

Dr Hepburn is a Consultant Dermatologist in Lincolnshire. He is based at Lincoln County Hospital but also undertakes clinics at Louth County Hospital and at Grantham Hospital. He trained in medicine in Manchester and then served as an Army Medical Officer. He trained in dermatology at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh wher he undertook reserach into Leishmaniasis and was awarded his MD degree. Dr Hepburn is expirienced in all aspects of dermatology, with special interests in dermatological surgery and the medical mangement of complex skin diseases. He also teaches medical students, general practitioners and mentors other dermatolgists. He has written many papers, book chapters and teaching articles. Dr Hepburn is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of London and Edinburgh, a member of the British Association of Dermatologists and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Dr Hepburn enjoys walking, cycling and gardening. He also enjoys writing, public speaking and fast cars!
