Statement

Mr.James graduated from the Welsh National School of Medicine in Cardiff in 1973. He undertook speciality Orthopaedic training in Cardiff, Oswestry, Derby, Nottingham and Bristol. He completed a Fellowship in Trauma surgery in Toronto, Canada in 1981, and was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Swansea in 1985. He has been engaged in private medical practice at St.David’s House since 1985.

Mr.James has a broad interest in Orthopaedic and Traumatic conditions with a particular interest in hip and knee replacement surgery. He has examined for the FRCS(Orth) exit examination in Orthopaedics and Trauma since 2003. He is a Fellow of the British Orthopaedic Association.
